| WINE DINE HORSHAM | | It is a spacious pub with parts of it dating back several hundred years. There are a number of bar areas, one of which has a large, inglenook fireplace and old oak beams. There is a bar billiards table - a rare sight these days. | | | The restaurant is mentioned in The Good Pub Guide and is well known for serving good local produce.
The airy restaurant is on two levels and it is a smoke free zone. For those of us who can't be parted from the dreaded weed, it is possible to dine in one of the bar areas.

www.matteroftaste.co.uk | | | | Good Pub Guide | Set opposite the church, this nice old pub is doing very well under its new licensees who have created a relaxed and friendly pubby atmosphere. It's been attractively opened up inside with several connecting areas served by a carved wooden bar counter. There are heavy beams and standing timbers, an end room with a good mix of dining chairs and solid wooden tables on the partly carpeted and partly stripped wooden floor, a wooden printers' tray, fishing rods, and wall lamps on the green panelled walls, and little fireplaces at each end.
